Hi RAD Fam 🫶🏼, It’s Lexy! If you’re coming to my classes I want you to know that I teach with energy, encouragement, and meet you exactly where you are. I believe the hardest days are the most important ones to show up for, and if you made it here, I am already proud of you 👏🏼. You do not need to be perfect, just present!
